General Travel Conditions

    1. With the purchase of a ticket, the carrier concludes a contract for the carriage of the passenger, assuming his responsibilities, according to the Road Transport Act.

    2. The carrier provides the holder of a valid ticket of the company on a given line, transportation on the specified route and his personal luggage, consisting of two suitcases and one hand bag.

    3. The carrier is not responsible for luggage without a sticker

    4. The price of the trip includes the transport of two suitcases up to 30 kg with the dimensions of the suitcase 100/60/30 cm and one hand bag. There is a charge for the transport of additional luggage. Additional luggage is transported only if capacity is available on the bus.

    5. The carrier is not responsible for a lost or stolen ticket – the value of which is not refunded, nor is a duplicate reissued.

    6. Round-trip tickets are valid for 12 months. Tickets without fixed travel dates are subject to certification at the carrier’s offices.

    7. Tickets purchased online are subject to verification at the carrier’s offices.

    8. A passenger who has purchased a ticket is insured for the duration of the trip.

    9. The carrier company is not responsible for passport, visa and customs problems of the passengers, which are entirely their responsibility.

    10. The carrier company is not responsible for delays due to circumstances entirely dependent and due to unforeseeable or unforeseeable events.

    11. The carrier is not responsible for lost or stolen luggage before checking in the bus and after handing over the luggage upon arrival at the respective destination.

    12. Pets are not allowed on the buses.

    13. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the entire journey.

    14. The arrival times at the stops indicated in the timetables are indicative

    15. Children up to 3 years old travel for free,
      children from 3 to 7 years old – with a 50% discount on ticket prices,
      children from 7 to 12 years old – with a 30% discount on ticket prices,
      from 12 to 18 years old – with 10% discount on ticket prices.
      All travelers using the listed discounts must provide a valid document that they meet the criteria for using the discount.

    16. Deadlines for changes and cancellations:
      – for changes up to 72 hours before the start of the trip, a penalty of 20% of the ticket value is deducted
      – between 72 and 24 hours before departure, a penalty of 60% of the ticket value is deducted – in less than 24 hours
      – the price of the ticket is not refunded, which also applies in cases of lost ticket.

    17. These general terms and conditions may be supplemented and amended at any time by the carrier, and the carrier has no obligation to notify customers.
